Creating a Balance Between Work and Life


Sometimes, life can get overwhelming. You may feel like three and a half million things are all pulling you in different directions. A heavy workload and poor time management can contribute to these feelings. However, don’t get overwhelmed! Here are three tips to help bring order back into your life:

1. Get organized. Many people use daily planners, their smartphones, or Google Calendar to help organize their day. You can highlight, color code, and prioritize the tasks that need to get done, and break it down by hour, day, week,  month, or year.  Seeing your schedule, especially for visual learners, can really help straighten things out. Knowing what needs to get done each day will help you to stay focused and not get distracted.
