6 Things I’ve Learned from Pinterest



I have a strange relationship with technological fads.  I have absolutely no interest in them until about a year after everyone else, and then I go into months-long spurts of being completely obsessed with a particular website.  I missed out on MySpace completely, but it’s happened with Facebook, 9gag, Memebase, Tumblr, and now: Pinterest.  I originally avoided Pinterest because I thought you had to sign in using Facebook, and I never sign in to other websites through Facebook.  It creeps me out, and while I’m sure Facebook is tracking my every move, I’m more comfortable with keeping my different website accounts as separate as possible.  Anyway, I broke down and got a Pinterest account (without going through Facebook).  It’s been about a week, and I have 30 boards and just shy of 1000 pins.  I don’t know if that’s normal, impressive, or really sad (jk: I know it’s really…
