Any company that isn’t utilizing social media outlets is absolutely at a disadvantage. In this day and age, connecting with the consumer is imperative. Not only is social media a great tool to bring in new customers, it’s an opportunity to thank and include those who have been loyal to you all along. While many companies that are leveraging social media platforms do so through Facebook and Twitter, I wanted to write a little bit about one that isn’t thrown into the mix nearly as much as it should be.
