My Vision…

My Ultimate vision and dream and something I have wanted to do ever since I was quite young, is to help others going through hard times. Growing up I always wanted to be a counselor, talking people through their problems, showing them strategies on how to overcome their tough times, and really just tell the world that there really is so much we all should be grateful for, and the world doesn’t have to be all doom and gloom like it may seem.

Unfortunately I let that dream go, and ended up going down a whole different path of employment, and looking back at it now, I was never happy and I never really quite knew why I wasn’t happy either, – I just thought it was the people I was working with – well, now looking back, I can see how wrong I was…the truth of the matter is that I was never really tuned in to what my truest calling is, – which is to really help people going through tough times, by offering my support and teaching people ways to overcome their insecurities to live a much happier lifestyle. – it’s funny that I’m now in my mid-thirties and I feel like I have only just found my truest calling!

What really makes me so very happy these days is to wake up each morning, now knowing that I now have the opportunity to make that difference in people’s life. – I’m a big believer in that everything happens for a reason, and there is a right time for everything. That reason is why  I guess it has taken me up until only recently to really follow my heart and do what I truly love.

With my past experiences and being diagnosed with anxiety and depression since I was young, and now living a brighter and happier life, free of my dark and lonely times, I would love to share a bit of my past and show people that there is a way out of their emptiness that they experience. I honestly think that depression and anxiety is all a pattern of the brain and is a formed habit that we can develop and get sucked into. And I believe with a healthy lifestyle, diet and being taught how to banish negativity out of your life for good is the key to finding the true “you” and leaving behind all that negative self-talk and darkness.

Now I don’t have a university degree, or any certificates, but I with my life experience and knowing first-hand just what depression and anxiety is like, I would more than anything in the world, love to be able to share a bit of my story and teach others just how they can, too live a much happier and healthier lifestyle, and change their life for the better and for good. 🙂
